I am Mayank. The technology that plays a huge role in our lives, was something that always caught my attention. I started my bachelor’s studies in computer science, with the idea of developing solutions that could have a positive impact on people.
During the courses, I begin to realize, how much important it is to understand the people for whom we intend to develop solutions and the approach to follow during the development process. These thoughts inspired me to explore the field of human-centred design, UX research and UX design.
With 5 years of Product/UX design experience, my career across industries, from the music business to startups and design agencies, has helped in improving my creative skills, empathy for users and colleagues, and business acumen—all while maintaining a growth mindset.
I strive to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and excel in user & market research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.

I think there is no magic formula behind a successful product but there are key aspects to consider to have a viable approach to crafting a positive user experience.
Striking balance between Business objectives & meaningful UX- I learned that it's important to translate business objectives into UX goals. And to work towards these goals to help business reach financial outcome. But also being mindful that UX goals should be meaningful to users or customers
Seamless UI-When the UI is intuitive and frictionless, using the product or service becomes a breeze. It helps users quickly get the hang of things and navigate through the ins and outs of the product with ease
Empathy is the key- To be empathetic not just for the users but also for the team goes a long way. Understanding the goals and purpose of the colleagues, helped me realize how to approach & communicate with them to reach to the common goals
